Take The Challenge

In Sunday's message, Brian challenged us to commit to 30 days of consecutive prayer. Are you in?

Leave a comment here to share and encourage one another. Do you have a story of answered prayer? Let us know!

The journals available at the resource table are great tools to jump start a commitment to prayer. If you don't want to wait until next Sunday, contact the church office to pick up your journal during the week.

Prayer changes things.

God changes lives.

Can't wait to see what He will do!

I would like to share my experience with prayer. Two years ago our son went off to be a US Marine. We prayed everyday for his safety. He went off to three months of boot camp , then off to basic training, and right before Thanksgiving he went to Hawaii to spend four years there in between time in Iraq. We prayed everyday for him to return unharm. He did return but sooner than we expected. And not exactly the way we thought he should. God DID answer our prayer he came back unharm. God did changed our son's plans of being in the US Marine Corp. but HE did answer our prayers of sending him home safely. At first we were disappointed that he was out of the Marine Corp but now we know God had a different plan. And HIS plan is so much greater than ours. He is an Awesome GOD. And we praise HIM everyday for our beautiful family and friends. HE is an Awesome GOD. And God DID listen to our prayers!!
God Bless and keep on praying
